During these uncomfortable and uncertain times, you can rest assured that the remodeling and design professionals at New Generation Kitchen & Bath are taking your health and safety very seriously and are doing everything we can to help “flatten the curve” of this pandemic.

As you already know, Mayor Ron Nirenberg issued the Stay Home Work Safe order that went into effect on Tuesday, March 24. In accordance with this mandate, we have closed our showroom. However, we ARE still open for business, as we are working remotely and performing remodeling consultations online via video conference or Zoom meeting. Most of the city is struggling to work from home, and finds themselves in need of renovations, upgrades and updates to their home to make it as productive and pleasant as possible. As such, we WILL continue to serve our community while complying with all city and county mandates.

We are taking every necessary precaution to help ensure your health and safety, including the following efforts:

• Showroom reopening on 5/4
• Through cleaning of all showroom surfaces
• Face coverings and/or gloves worn in store and on-site
• Additional thorough cleaning and sterilization of tools and components
• Zero-Interaction transactions if requested (call for specifics)
• Social distancing practiced at all times
• Implementation of all CDC suggestions and guidelines

Through these efforts, we intend to continue the legacy of excellence in kitchen and bathroom remodeling that we have come to be known for over across San Antonio, while also protecting the health and well-being of our customers and team members.
